 Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Bravery for Days Co. If something isn’t right,

we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in their original

condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us at BraveryforDaysCo@gmail.com

with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping

service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

BraveryforDaysCo@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no

additional cost once the damage is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used care items (such as lotions, candle, teas, or lip balms)

• Personalized or custom packages

• Sale items or gift cards
